Check In & Check Out
Students participating in the program will check in on the first day of their S.T.R.I.P.E.S. session. If you are travelling from a distance, you have the option of checking in the night before for an additional fee. Students interested in this option should indicate interest in an additional night of housing on the registration form.
Early Arrivals Check-In (additional $40 fee)
Session One: Sunday, July 31, 2011 from 6-10 pm
Session Two: Sunday, August 7, 2011 from 6-10 pm
For students arriving the night prior to the start of S.T.R.I.P.E.S., check in runs from 6–10 p.m. Please do NOT arrive before 6 p.m. since staff will not be available to check you in. Early check-in will only be available to students that provided advance notice to staff through the registration form and by paying the additional $40 fee.
Check-In
Session One: Monday, August 1, 2011
Session Two: Monday, August 8, 2011
Please keep in mind that approximately 300 participants will be checking in for each session, so plan accordingly and try to arrive early.
Check-Out
Session One: Thursday, August 4, 2011
Session Two: Thursday, August 11, 2011
Participants should be packed and ready to check out on the last day of the program BEFORE attending any sessions to help the check out process run more smoothly at the end of the program. Participants check out of their residence hall room by returning their keys to S.T.R.I.P.E.S. staff. Failure to return a key will result in a lock change charge of $65 to the student.
