During S.T.R.I.P.E.S., all students are required to stay overnight in a campus residence hall.  Participants are housed in the Residential College Complex in West and South Halls.

Accommodations in the Residential College Complex include:

  • 380 bed spaces
  • Public area wireless Internet access
  • On-site library and classrooms
  • On-site lounges and kitchenettes
  • Bathroom in each suite
  • Community living room with big-screen TV
  • Courtyard
  • Security-card access
  • Walking distance to Tiger Stadium, the Quad, and the LSU Student Union

All meals are included in the registration fee for S.T.R.I.P.E.S. participants, beginning with lunch on Monday to breakfast on Thursday.  Most meals are served in the dining halls on campus and offer a variety of options with each meal.  Chartwell’s Catering at LSU caters meals at three events including the Fais Do-Do (a Cajun dinner dance); College Connections (a buffet breakfast with faculty and staff from the academic schools and colleges); and a Tailgate Dinner.  Snacks are also offered during the late night activities each evening.

Students should indicate any special dietary needs on the registration form.

Students can also bring extra cash to purchase snacks from the vending machines.
